Louis G is right, it is indeed a security issue. Besides satellite imageries are terribly expensive, you can't have a 24X7 coverage of all the places.
But it is funny the way he sees things. He said "other countries can spy on us" and not "anybody can spy on another country". I assume, spying is restricted to a few ADVANCED countries, others are either not interested, or they don't have the technology.|||I don't think so. That would be a massive national security concern. Any country could log in and spy on us as they please.|||One of the online weather servers has an interactive mode very similar to GoogleEarth's.
