There is no live feed of google earth. You can try NASA.com and see the live feed from ISS and look out the window but as for looking any closer you can not unless you are very high security clearence millitary.|||Only weather satellites do that. They are in a high geostationary orbit that allows them to hover over one spot on the ground and show about 1/3 of the world all in one picture. But they are so far away that you cannot see roads or buildings or really even cities. They are used only to see clouds.
Satellites that take closeup pictures are in a low Sun synchronous orbit that can only see a fraction of a percent of the Earth at any one time, and they cannot stop and hover over one spot. They only pass over any given place once every few days. These satellites are low enough to see roads and buildings and cars, and even people if they have a big enough lens, like military spy satellites do. But they cannot give you live pictures or video. They only give one snapshot every few days. Even the CIA cannot get live video from a satellite. It is just not possible.
