is there a program other than Google Earth to see cities and close up streets online? Or even better is it possible live?|||To the best of my knowledge there are no programs that show live pictures of the earth, this is because most of the pictures on google earth are from planes and UAVs and there isn't a system set up to receive live photos from all over the world.
for a similar program to google earth try the web based: http://www.flashearth.com/|||you can try google maps, they take you right to street level
