There are no live feeds of the world in a Google Earth-like format, because that is an invasion of privacy, and illegal under US law. People would sue because anyone could see them in their backyard, at work, etc...
As for just one camera with a limited scope, I don't know|||google street view is sweet|||yea, i wanna know that one too!
