Is there anything like google earth in real time, or live ?

Satellite imagery of that nature is not really available to the public, they are controlled via governments as they can be a HUGE security issue. Of course you could go work for the CIA or NSA and then you could do it.|||yes but not available for public use. think of the security issues that would raise!|||Yes, ..............they're called military spy satellites.
